Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your new/unused item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. All hang tags, stickers, hangers, instructions, protective bags, and components must be included. Original packaging must be undamaged and in resalable condition. Items returned to 2Wheel that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer without a refund.

Size Fit Guarantee / Pre-Paid Label

If you're not happy with an item, don't worry – we allow you to return your item within 30 days of purchase. Pre-Paid Label. No Restock Fees. No Hassle. Just slap the label on the box and drop it in the mail.

* Tires and items over 20lbs are not eligible for our pre-paid label service.

No-Hassle Returns / No Restock Fees

We want you to be happy with your order. You can return your item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund as long the item is in new, unused condition and meets the conditions explained above. 2Wheel does not charge restocking fees on returned items.

Return Exemptions
  • Open Box / Warehouse Deal items and Pre-Mounted Tires & Wheels are not eligible for return
  • Items purchased on Closeout are not eligible for return
  • Electronics may be returned, but all factory seals must be intact. Electronics returned to 2Wheel where the factory seal has been broken will be rejected and returned to the customer
  • Helmets must be shipped back to 2Wheel the same way they were received. If you place a label on the manufacturers box and ship it back it will be rejected as the item will no longer be in resaleable condition
Return Process

We make it simple to return items that don't meet expectations:

  • With Account
    Login to your account and select Return Items from your Order and follow the instructions for generating an RA#.

  • No Account
    If you did not create an account at checkout, please visit our Track Order page to create a new account and request a new RA#.

Once the RA# is approved you will receive instructions for the return via email.

** If you send returns to our address without the RA# or the packaging, your package may be refused and sent back to you.
Pre-Paid Shipping Labels

Customers within the lower 48 states have the option to use our pre-paid label service. A flat rate fee of $7.99 is charged for pre-paid labels. Instructions for requesting the prepaid label service will be in your account prior to requesting a new RA#.

Pre-Paid label service is not applicable if you:

  • Select self return shipping
  • Are returning tires or items over 20lbs

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please process your return, and place a new order for the correct item. If your item qualifies for our pre-paid label you can note this when requesting your return authorization number when logged into your account.

2Wheel Cash

If you earned 2W Cash Back on a returned item, the amount of that 2W Cash will be deducted from your account at the point of return. If you've already redeemed the 2W Cash on the returned item, the value will be deducted from your refund.

Affirm

Follow the standard Return Process to return an item purchased using Affirm finacing. When we process your refund Affirm will credit any payments you have made on your loan up to the amount of the refund and less any interest you have paid, to your original form of payment. If we issue a partial refund on the order you placed (if for example, you financed 3 items and only returned 1), the refund will first be credited to the last monthly bill associated with your loan at Affirm. If the refund amount is greater than the last monthly bill with Affirm, the remainder of the refund will be applied to the preceding month(s). You will still be responsible for any outstanding balance on the loan with Affirm.

Warranty Returns

If you need to warranty an item, please reach out to us and we will work directly with the manufacturer to help resolve the issue. All warranties are decided by the manufacturer on a case-by-case basis.

Used or Damaged Items

Items that have been used, installed, or damaged are not eligible for return. In these cases, you may look to sell the item locally or utilize third party sites.
